PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER

  • Product Management background in B2B
  • Proven experience growing B2B product market share
  • Strategic planning, product mapping and documentation skills

This role is integral to maximising the health of Danmogot.com publishing by ensuring solid strategies are being developed and go-to-market programmes are being undertaken effectively. This person will become the voice of customer, gathering insight, feedback and market data, ensuring a robust long-term product vision for the relevant industry is achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing a deep and thorough understanding of competitive trends, competitor marketing, and overall industry and segment performance                                                                           
  • Identification of new product opportunities and up-sell, cross-sell strategies to existing customers
  • Creating sales tools for effective selling, responding to product questions from sales, provision of launch decks for new products
  • Identification of appropriate business metrics to evaluate effectiveness of marketing plans to maximize revenue potential and marketing ROI
  • Support and leadership of other marketing initiatives including development of value propositions, proof points, campaign briefs, review of creative executions

Key criteria:

  • Product marketing management experience from B2B environment
  • Demonstrated business acumen – able to work within large complex business across multiple products
  • A proven track record of managing product that has grown market share
  • Strategic planning skills – able to develop go to market plans and growth strategies for your segment
  • Ability to work directly with clients in order to glean information needed to build and refine great products
  • Ability to develop content and programs that sell
  • Subject matter expertise in the TA or Law market ideally
  • Ability to conduct robust research based on agreed parameters to include competitor research
  • Able to present findings and articulate the needs of the customer to all stakeholders
  • Able to effectively work with relevant stakeholders including sales, marketing, pricing and finance
  • Product mapping and documenting experience

GENERAL MANAGER - SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process across the Group including opportunity management, sales forecasting, sales execution, pricing, contracting, commission structures and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to customer success. Most importantly this role must ensure that the sales function is delivered in a consistent and scalable manner across all territories in which Danmogot.com operates

Key responsibilities will include sales leadership, developing sales methodologies and process improvements, creating and fostering a wide range of relationships and networks with relevant industry stakeholders and managing the overall engagement of prospects and customers at an executive level.

The Person

Danmogot.com is looking for someone who is willing to take complete ownership of the sales and business development function combined with a genuine interest in growing Danmogot.com global business. You will be a self-starter, highly motivated, be adaptable to changing circumstances and expertly skilled in building long lasting relationships inside and outside the company. We’re looking for a candidate who has experience in selling enterprise grade software and/or hardware solutions to medium/large corporations and government bodies, across a wide range of industries and ideally with some knowledge of government, public transport, transport/logistics, emergency services, utilities or fleet management. You will need proven experience of managing a sales team through high growth and multiple geographic territories together with high levels of business acumen and commercial nous.
