Management Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Technical

• 3 years experience in web development, PHP, MVC framework and OOP
• Ability to do HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (Jquery or Bootstrap), WebSockets, API
• Understand MySQL or MariaDB
• known gitHub, Phonegab or Opensource E-commerce or others. (Magento, Opencart, Prestashop) will be your bonus point

Management

• Ensure standard operating procedures and project guidelines are in place
• Task allocation and performance evaluation of team members
• Project scheduling and resource management
• Planning and reporting on projects
• Make presentations on project status, present monthly and annual reports to senior management
• Meet with client teams and gather requirements, conduct regular team meetings and track project progress
• Interview candidates and hire resources
• Conduct performance reviews of team members and identify areas of improvement, give feedback and recommend for promotions or salary increments
• Estimate project budgets, coordinate with finance department for funds and plan for purchasing of equipment and hardware in a cost-effective way
• Provide an efficient working atmosphere to project teams and ensure objectives are met within stipulated time

THE ROLE

Reporting into the HRD this is a fast paced, hands-on, HR generalist role in a busy, dynamic environment which is going through a significant period of change. Working closely with senior stakeholders you will provide the business with sound HR advice. In addition, you will drive key projects that will enhance and engage an innovative, high performing culture.

Reporting directly to Dealer Principal, your key responsibilities, will include:

• Facilitating and maintaining a positive and rewarding HR business partnering relationship with the business to provide front line HR advice and support in line with the operational and strategic goals of each business division
• Leading recruitment and selection processes, managing the talent visa accreditation process, facilitating succession planning initiatives, supporting career progression and developing local HR marketing activities in line with local market needs
• Coordinating the on-boarding process, administering local employee recognition programs, superannuation set up, personnel filing, HR system support and providing other local HR administrative services as required
• Coordinating and administering learning and development programs, local induction for new starters and training presentations to leaders and employees as required
• Acting as an internal consultant on Compensation and Benefits to provide guidance on policy, job description and evaluation and specific related programs, supporting the payroll team with front line support and advice and providing input on adherence to Indonesian legislation
• Supporting all aspects of performance management, workplace grievances, compliance breaches and administering collective negotiations, providing input into legislative updates and employment agreements

This role is integral to maximising the health of Danmogot.com publishing by ensuring solid strategies are being developed and go-to-market programmes are being undertaken effectively. This person will become the voice of customer, gathering insight, feedback and market data, ensuring a robust long-term product vision for the relevant industry is achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing a deep and thorough understanding of competitive trends, competitor marketing, and overall industry and segment performance                                                                           
• Identification of new product opportunities and up-sell, cross-sell strategies to existing customers
• Creating sales tools for effective selling, responding to product questions from sales, provision of launch decks for new products
• Identification of appropriate business metrics to evaluate effectiveness of marketing plans to maximize revenue potential and marketing ROI
• Support and leadership of other marketing initiatives including development of value propositions, proof points, campaign briefs, review of creative executions

Key criteria:

• Product marketing management experience from B2B environment
• Demonstrated business acumen – able to work within large complex business across multiple products
• A proven track record of managing product that has grown market share
• Strategic planning skills – able to develop go to market plans and growth strategies for your segment
• Ability to work directly with clients in order to glean information needed to build and refine great products
• Ability to develop content and programs that sell
• Subject matter expertise in the TA or Law market ideally
• Ability to conduct robust research based on agreed parameters to include competitor research
• Able to present findings and articulate the needs of the customer to all stakeholders
• Able to effectively work with relevant stakeholders including sales, marketing, pricing and finance
• Product mapping and documenting experience

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process across the Group including opportunity management, sales forecasting, sales execution, pricing, contracting, commission structures and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to customer success. The Person

You will be a self-starter, highly motivated, be adaptable to changing circumstances and expertly skilled in building long lasting relationships inside and outside the company. We’re looking for a candidate who has experience in selling enterprise grade software and/or hardware solutions to medium/large corporations and government bodies, across a wide range of industries and ideally with some knowledge of government, public transport, transport/logistics, emergency services, utilities or fleet management. You will need proven experience of managing a sales team through high growth and multiple geographic territories together with high levels of business acumen and commercial nous.
